What this sheet refuses to accept
A count cell holding “~40” or “40ish” is refused rather than entering stock as a guess.
A count date in the future is a date the sheet accepts but you can see, because the whole column is one type rather than free text.
A condition outside the list cannot be invented at the point of counting.
