A sheet other people can send data to.

Pro is the product: import links, real file sizes, and every fix the sheet remembers, for $29 a month. Business is the same product once the link is how the data arrives rather than something you are trying out. Both run free for 14 days, no card.

An import is one delivery

One file, one paste, one link, or one agent call. It counts once when it arrives, however many times you fix cells in it before accepting it. Imports sent through your link count against your workspace, never against whoever sent them.

Document pages are counted per page

Only PDFs and screenshots use them, because only those are read by a model. Spreadsheets, CSVs, and pasted cells are parsed directly and never touch the page count, however many of them you send.

Rows held is a ceiling, not a rate

It is everything the sheet keeps, across every delivery it has ever accepted. It is checked before an import is certified, never after you have already cleaned a file.

When Pro stops being enough

Pro is sized for one person and a handful of senders: 500 deliveries a month, 5,000 rows in any single one, 300 pages of PDFs and photographs, and 100,000 rows on the sheet all told.

It runs out in one of three ways, and they tend to arrive in this order. One file turns up carrying more rows than a single delivery may hold, which is usually a full catalogue rather than a monthly change. A sheet that has been collecting for a year or two reaches its ceiling, because rows held counts everything it has ever accepted rather than what arrived this month. Or the deliveries themselves outgrow the month, which is what happens when a link stops belonging to one supplier and starts belonging to all of them. Business raises all three, and nothing about the sheet itself changes when you cross: same fields, same rules, same address, same rows.
