What this sheet refuses to accept
A DOT number that is not five to eight digits is refused before the carrier is set up.
The unique MC and DOT numbers mean a carrier who sends their details twice is one carrier, not two.
An insurance expiry that is not a real date, like 02/30, is refused, so the column holds dates rather than free text.
A dispatch email missing its @ is caught before the first rate confirmation bounces.
